*Update*
Ok so I did some sanding today to make the pep helm look less pepy. I grinded down the edges so that it was more curved and less blocky. In some places you see big holes, which I will fill in with bondo. So without further adieu heres pics. O and I will continue working on the helm when I get back from Yosmite.

Yes right now all I have the funds and time for is to make one extremely BA Helm. Maybe I'll try to make a extremely BA suit sometime when I have more funds and most importantly time.

No I just got back yesterday from camping and a wedding so hopefully I will have some time to work on the helm I been busy with trying to complete AP english stuff before school and Boy Scout stuff. And school starts in 2 weeks so I will try to work on it, but don't expect updates every couple days like a couple weeks ago. Again thanks everyone for the comments and the support.

hey is the paper still a bit flimsy after u resin or is it really stiff?

If you just resined it it is just slightly stiffer. But you really should glass it.

Yeah, that stuff I here is really goopy, I used body filler, and bondo resin, and some fiberglass mat.

After an extremely long hiatus, I have finally had time to work on my helm. Also, I've had an extreme rush of Halo 3 fever and a want for a helm for midnight madness. So without further ado a boat load of pictures right here for your viewing pleasure. Comments welcome, thanks much.

Thanks again, Constructive Criticism is greatly appreciated. Sorry for the numerous posts, but it had to be done, with all this progress. I've finally decided I'm going to paint it MC green, and if I have enough funds I'm going to try the double visor technique. Thanks everyone, o and tomorrow I will be working on it some more (the detailing will all be sanded nice and smooth and prettyful) and hopefully I can paint a primer before 12. Peace...

Nice work man! On my helmet I fiberglassed it externaly and i got AMAZING results
