the first one was at too many games, the second one was at a corn maze around Halloween. I am adding forearm, shin, knee, and boot pieces, and added hip plates in photo 2. I printed one forearm piece which ripped my hand up cuz it was too small lol. pls add any suggestions. Also, how do I tint a visor? mine is tinted with crappy paint. can I use windshield tint wrap to tint my visor?

Looks pretty cool so far dude, in regards to the visor youre best purchasing your own. You can buy these off etsy or from privacy window film companies. I sell the visor pieces from my etsy store on JoesPrintedParts. with the armour id say just keep experimenting, when i was building mine there was alot of experimenting and trial & error. I wouldnt say there is a wrong/right way to do it but you will definately find out what is easier to do.

Looks nice so far. I think with the additional pieces you mention it will look even better! Once you get those extra pieces made and attached to your armour I think it will be easier to see what additions and improvements would be meaningful.

As for how to dye a visor; we have a few tutorials on the 405th. Many members who work with vacuum formed visors choose to apply a spray chrome with an airbrush to give the visor a mirror finish. Here's that tutorial:

If you're looking for a slightly less involved method, you can use window tint. This works best for visors that are not textured. Find that tutorial here:

There are other methods as well and you cand find tutorials for them in our tutorial index:

what would be the best way to support forearm pieces? Right now I am using EVA foam that is tight as heck to make sure it doesn’t slip, but I want a better way to secure. Any suggestions?
