The completed Hammers weigh in at approximately 19-20 lbs. depending on the final assembly. They're heavy but not impossibly so - I carried one around for several hours (a couple times) at DragonCon and spent some quality time in "action poses" . There are some pics floating around in the "DragonCon Pictures" thread...
