Never done this before. was really cool. a North Africa campaign.

used a Springfield .306 bolt action rifle, not a Garand.

forgot how loud blanks are.

I believe you can find them at Army surplus stores.

and yes you can about 20 bucks or so.

and no it was about 65 or so....

Im with the 6th ID WWII reenactors in Wyoming, i wanted to do Faellschirmjaeger but i dont live in Colorado so its kinda hard.

its a reenactment.

the civil war folks as well as the revolutionary war folks do it as well.

not sure i can explain what that is well enough on here. search on wiki, and im sure itll help you out.

I think my group is one of the few that do straightleg infantry, i see alot of airbourne and rangers though

straightleg? explain? we had a few regular infantry at this one, but since the group is a PIR group.... theres a huge event coming up where its a ton of infantry, 2 PIR groups and some armor

Straightleg infantry is just normal infantry, everyone else ive seen is always Airbourne or rangers
