Hi Rhinoc,

I look forward to working with you as well. I sent you an email so you would have my direct contact if needed. Thank you for taking your time to help me out.

Scrub you and RVB18 are now teamed up sorry it took me a while have'nt had internet access where I was staying at for D*C

I haven't gone through the whole thread here but has it been mentioned of more tailoring cetain to the initiate/apprentice to the mentor/artisian. I was thinking of such things as location and project emphasis, if any there is any, to uniting these duos. I think location could help in some cases if the two parties are within a reasonable distance from each other to meet up and physically work on projects together.

Just some thoughts.

Hello, I am new to the site and just joined today actually. I am looking to make some ODST armor and if there is a mentor willing to help me, I would truly appreciate it. Respectfully, I am willing to work on it by myself and wait until the members that have been here longer get the help they need first.

I am in the middle of making my first ODST Test Helmet with normal paper. I am doing it for practice. I can willingly wait a while for help, I would like to try what I can on my own with 100% effort. So far it is going well. Only problem is I don't expect it to fit since I didn't scale it. If I manage to make it work I will give it to my friend.

Gratefully,
Chris D.

**Update: I just finished the paper test helmet and it fit!

***Update: Just completed my first test helmet.

Thats a great idea nintendude. You can add me to the list if you would like. Pep resin bondo and molding questions I can handle, scratch build not my forte, yet.

I've been lurking the forums for over a year so I know more than an average newbie but insofar as detailing, getting the armor
to strap in right and the visor (along with a few other things) I've got a few questions.

I'm doing a pep H3 armor with fiberglass inside and mud coating so if you've got someone better at that sorta thing I just wanted to let you know

If someone could assist me somewhat that would be fantastic

My original partner hasn't spoken much after the initial helping I did. I'm still willing to help him, but I was wondering if there is anyone else who would like a mentor for scratch building or cardboard building, could I possibly have another student?

I just want to make a costume. Generic, master Chief looking. I'm one of the noobs, a guy told me at DragonCon to come here. Can I have a mentor?

I would love to be your student.

I could use a master I am a 23 old noob and I am not afraid to admit it :p. I have a lot of basic questions and though I am reading a lot of posts I cant seem to find all the answers. I would really appricate a mentor who wont mind alot of quesitons. Thank you.
