Very nice. I wish I knew how to make sliced weapons :\ Im scared to do anythign without knowing how to do it...

I make sliced weapons from foam, they have no moving parts but are very light and extremely durable. I documented the process for making an H3 shotgun here: www.squidoo.com/how-to-make-halo-weapons

For these foam files. How does it work? Ive only don pepakura. Do you print them out trace onto foam and then cut ?
