attention pep makers plz read.

hey guys i need a favor. i have a ironman helmet i am making and i need a good set of them circle things that go on both sides of ironmans head. i have faild badly at making them from scratch and could use some help.

maybe one of you out there has a set already pep'ed

From scratch? Easy as cake.

1. Go here and build truncated right circular cone of cardboard.
2. Place on top of your cone 2 cardboard circles.
3. That's all.

ahm, I can make that from scratch, and it's like making pepakura too, its like one of the three circles on the hand plate from the mk6. just add add maybe 2-3 layers of "Q" shaped detail on the surface to make it raised.

im with centerside, look at the high detail pep handplates for the halo 3 suit, ull see how the little indents are made, just do it like that

Or make it with clay, make a cheap plaster mold and rondo casts.

Looks like a piece of cardboard with another stacked ontop would work easily. Anyone can make that in just a minute.

Oh, I have an additional idea.
1. Go to McDonalds.
2. Get McDonalds cup for cola.
3. Cut it.
4. That's all.
