Helmet hardening/strengthening done!
I've finished rondoing the helmet and yesterday I fiberglassed it to make it even stronger and it all went great! I also had time to cut out the visor. Today I'll start bondoing the outside! Well, here are the pics of the progress.
Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Here's my tip/suggestion: Keep going!
This is GREAT work! You've been able to retain the helmet's shape through the hardening process (which is better than quite a few people can do). The rondo/glassing work looks VERY clean. The cutouts you made for the bottom opening and the visor are equally as clean. You're doing a hell of a job! Keep it up.

I have finally got some good pics tht my friend helped me take with his camera so her is the result!
Alright well that's it! I'll be doing some touching up in some places and then I'll start on the back of the helmet after that. That's everything! Thanks for looking! Please leave comments and tips if you have any haha!

The areas you have sanded look pretty good. Obviously you've got a way to go, but it's looking pretty good so far. What are you using to sand? Do you have a dremel and a mouse sander? That combination is (IMO) the best way to go. Use the dremel to take down the high spots, and the mouse sander to finish it off. Keep it up!
Finally an update!!!
Alrighty! I finally have gotten the time to work on the helmet! Due to delays such as school, work, football, etc, i haven't. So here is a big update because the helmet is very close to being finished!!! Sorry but i had some pictures of the back of the helmet and other progress but i've somehow miss placed them... so here is what i have for pictures and possibly some more tonight!
Well that's what i have for pics right now but the front is actually done now and i'm working on the visor area and it just needs some touching up then it's done! After that I'm going to fix anythings i don't like or that need to be fix. So by this weekend it should be finish finished! Haha! WOOT! The visor and maybe the all around touch-up should be done by tonight but I'm gonna try to get some pics of where its at right now to show how close it is to being complete, besides paint, padding, electronics etc. Again thanks for looking!

hey man long time since ive seen your work and all , man i miss this site really bad lol. i had a car accident so thats why i havent done anything with my build lol . your helmet is brutal , that bondo makes it look super detailed and neat!

Wow man this is absolutely beautiful craftsmanship keep up the good work! 
Man... it's been a while.. well I've been crushin for time and have gotten a lot done but i don't have a lot of progress pictures but i do have a few on the helmet and a lot more for the armor on the other thread. I'll be adding everything in the next couple of minutes so here it goes!

Alrighty! Here is the news on the helmet! I have it almost up to date for pics minus a picture of the sealing of the gap around the visor. I forgot to take pics of the detailing i did but whatever haha! Here it is!
Well here are the lights i wired for the helmet and I also have the holes drilled for them as well. I just have to seal the visor gap then pain it.
Yay! They work!
Here is the visor cut down to size and with the holes for the pins in the helmet.
Here's the helmet for the most part up to date.
The pin/bolts/screws that hold the visor in place.
My favorite! The helmet with the visor before the gap sealing!
Well that's pretty much it for now untill i finish sealing the gap, painting and adding the lights. Oh and the attachment, but i don't know if i'll have time to finish that As always, thanks for looking! Critiques/tips/suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Helmet is looking awesome. Having done this myself. . . . It may have been wise to seal the gap by the visor before starting your finished paint. Like I said though. . . . I've done it myself. . . . LOL Keep up the good work.

Looks great. I wouldn't sweat jumping the gun on painting before you seal up the gaps around the visor. The part that surrounds the visor will be painted black anyway, so you can sand a bit of the blue away, seal the gap, get everything smooth, mask off the blue, prime and paint it black.
