Ive got an idea for the visor. Just do what Seamusrocks999 did. after the bondo stage trace a stencil that is printed out and scratch it up a bit. Cut out the eyes and put the visors in there

So i would only be able to see through the eye holes? I dont see that being very easy to see out of. Im thinking clear acrylic with a 2 way mirror effect for the whole visor.

That's similar to what I did for my EVA helmet. Everything is solid matte paint. However, the eyes and nose piece are actually gold lenses. It's an easy trick actually. Nice progress on the helmet.

They are selling Master Chief masks this year at one of the seasonal Halloween costume stores that open up every year with a gold tinted plastic insert about 4" x 2" to see through. I am thinking about picking a couple up on Nov. 1st when everything goes 1/2 price, along with some voice amplifiers and netting to add a real ghillie to my Jun on my Legendary Edition statue.

So i Rondo'ed my helmet tonight. That stuff works great! i'll put some pics up tomorow.

For the visor you could always try vacuum forming.
