Update for 01-07-13

Worked on some of the detailing this weekend
1) added front port covers
2) added hinge
3) added hose bracket
4) added front hose clips (small hosing)




Next weekend I will be hitting everything with a few coats of Smoothcast 321 to smooth it out and harden all added parts.

Update for the weekend of 01-14-13

1.)Added collar flange.
2.)Added Ears
3.)coated every thing with 4 coats of Smoothcast 321.




Next weekend I will be doing about 10 hr's of sanding and filing. Then the base helmet will be ready for primer coat and allot more sanding. This should take be a few weekends. After I have it all smoothed out then I'll texture it and start added all the hardware. :cool

I have about 10 hr's of sanding and fine tuning the detail then ....oh yes, happy days... I can paint.
