General admission is FREE but registration ahead of time is required.
Dates and Hours:
Thursday, May 1, 2025
9AM - 5PM
Location:
Pinewood Toronto Studios

Event Website:
Futures Festival Toronto ⋆ Pinewood Studios
Hotels:
No special discounted rate for hotels is offered for this event. Those who are coming and wish to spend the night will have to find their own accommodations.
Booth:
A representative of Futures Festival reached out to the 405th Infantry division to request an appearance! I've only just begun contact with the event, so I don't have specific booth details yet. I have, however, requested a medium size booth - enough space for a backdrop and a helmet/props table. The event will provide a secure changing room/staging area for costumed members.
As specifics are determined, additional booth information will go here.
Final Thoughts:
This is another exciting opportunity to get young Canadians excited about crafting props and costumes from the Halo franchise! This year, 1500 guests are expected. This event is geared towards 11th and 12th grade students working towards a career in the film industry.
I understand this is short notice for you folks. I would have made an announcement sooner, but the request only just came my way now. Seeing as this is a smaller, one-day event, I can understand that we may not have a massive turn out, but I do hope that you will carefully consider helping me put on a booth. Let's work together to share our love for Halo, cosplay, and this community!
Confirmed "Boots on Ground"
