Gravity Hammer (HALO 3 Variant)

I have like 30 tubes of aluminum that I'm going to bend into supports. The supports will then be attached to a pvc pipe (handle). After I have the supports made I'm going to use painters tape to connect the pieces. After that expanding foam will be used to fill up the Pepakura pieces. This will allow for me to make sure things fit together during the filling process. Once everything fits together snugly I am going to harden and bondo.

be careful w/ the expanding foam. If you use too much you will "Balloon" out your piece.

I believe that I can prevent that from happening with some clamps. I have over 70 clamps from replacing boat carpet. I don't even know what to do with them all.

Forge is coming along nicely, waiting on the plaster to dry and I'm about to start making the spike twister. Should I make a tomahawk, dagger, knife, or cleaver?
