Still have a few teaks, but here is my Fred build. Shotgun was not mine, but I absorbed it for the bulk of the con
3D printed the helmet, rest of the suit is foam. I also Vacuformed the visor, dyed, and mirrored it with spray on mirror chrome.

Love how the Gold visor matches the gold on the suit mate. You did a top notch job on this one.

Thanks to my wife tonight. We laid all my parts out so I know exactly what I have and what I still need to print. There are some multiple print and goofs here too. Sure glad this hobby is fun and I'm learning new stuff.

Finished this last week, took me about a year pretty much only working on Saturday's. Few things I'd change next time, but for my second build ever, I'm pretty proud with how it came out. Let me know what guys think I could do better next time. Whole suit is made from foam with mirrored tint and LEDs in helmet.

I think it is a great job and i would be proud of how it came out im trying to build a master chief in foam my self and i have never made anything in foam so we will see how the part im working on goes. but yes i think it looks great. Maybe some day i will make it your way and we can meet at a con and get some pictures..

I Love Her! Just curious for personal reasons. Did you make the suit? I'm hoping to pull off a Weapon cosplay someday soon. But nowhere seems to have any premade options and i can't seem to find any files/patterns for her outfit. I'm thinking i'll have to base it off of a normal uniform!

Mostly just updated fit and construction, more accurate piecing on the front and decorative stitching. I wanted to be able to sit down in it this time lol also it now has functional pockets

Didn't see this so obviously You made it. Did you use a pattern of some sort? Or just free hand it?

POCKETS?!?!?!?!?! How??? I need pockets in my Cortanassssssss
