Just making a thread to keep everyone updated on my Hayabusa suit. Chest is currently printing and helmet is in phase 3 of however many till it gets painted, which is about where I'm at. As I get more done I'll be posting more and I couldn't have done it without Bert's help. Super stoked to get this baby done and go to c2e2 hopefully with a completed suit if not collect a con in sept in Kansas city will get the debut. Also working on a weapons rack will post pics of that currently just have a frame. But

Few updated photos. With having stuff in different stages of paint and build I've definitely been busy. Getting all the pieces to sit right is going to be fun and I'm definitely going to be doing a lot of test fitting.

Well now that SSGLordBert has delivered the final piece. I can finally get underway with completing the waist and getting it built into the harness. Also decided to repurpose some previous prints to be able to help get other stuff printed not to mention the color fits nicely. Can't wait to have this suit done for galaxy con. So stoaked.

No prob not may add some form of led lighting down the road though.

I want to eventually add LED lights to my suit to make it the higher tier

Last week was spent mostly prepping the waist to get ready for paint. Did decide to just paint the gloves and I love how they came out and it'll fit nicely with the suit. Had a little time to get the boots fiberglass primed and painted now they just need the finishing touches and attached and they'll be good to go.

This was one of my least favorite helmets in the game BUT… your build makes it look really cool. Really great job! I may change my tune on it now lol

Hahaha thank you and I'm glad I was able to change your perception of it lol. It's been a fun build and it's coming together nicely. I wasn't sure how I was gonna feel about mixing suits but it's turning out way better then I anticipated.

Well since Hayabusa was revealed over the weekend at galaxycon. It's time to post some photos of the completed suit. I have figured out what needs to be adjusted and repairs are in need but overall I'm happy with the out come. Can't wait for planet so I can wear it again after the adjustments.
