I know that you've been bombarded by requests for your models, but I'd also like to mention that there are a few folks here like Frizz (and me) that have registered copies of pepakura and can save the templates we can make for you.

If you don't have a registered copy of pepakura then you should get one if you intend to keep the better templates and make it reusable.

Try scaling only the helmet to 31.9 cm, then apply that scale to everything else. Thats how i do it with my models.

31.9 CM For the helmet, top to bottom? Is that scale for a 7foot super-soldier, or the average human? Either way, it's better than what I have now..I've just been randomly keying in values, folding the paper, and seeing if it fits, ha!

Yep. 31.9 cm is the size for the 7 foot super-soldier, from top to bottom, with no neck.

Just to add on the scaling question. A helmet that will fit a person will generally have an assembled height between 26-30 cm.

26 is Bluerealm, 30 is NAS.
