Today's progress: All main parts have been glued and ready to paint! The other parts I'd rather glue together after the separate parts have been painted

Small problem here. The helmet length feels fine but the width feels wayyyy to small. Gotta do some more resizing again
I'm looking at the foam file right now....... and it looks like 13 or 12 inches is a balanced length size for helmets (mostly). I guess the smaller model will serve as as reference for the newer one....
It's fine anyway, I still have a few months until my birthday

Update on the helmet
It's getting warmer here up north and thankfully the snow has melted and I can spray paint outside. I'm done with both top and bottom of the helmet but painting comes first priority before gluing. Currently nighttime here. I'll leave it out to air out for tonight. Though I have to fix the small gaps after gluing

Small problem
This back piece that connects the upper and lower part of the helmet looks bent. The model shows the jaw piece near the end curves and connects to that piece. Do I glue it on the outside or inside of that slanted edge?

Today's work: Done cutting the visor
Cutting acrylic with a saw is very tiring. I could have gotten a dremel saw attachment but I don't know if it fits all dremels. Also printed out the pattern for the recruit chest armor

Ouch! Hot plastic is quite dangerous. I'm gonna heat the visor again tomorrow to fix the curve with a heat gun. Im sure It'll work when done correctly

Trying to do a test fit today but there's a gap in the helmet edges and where the visor should fit. How do I fill up that empty space?
