i plan on finishing my suit then if it changes i will make another suit that is game accurate no sense in wasting moe's files they are just to good
Yeah I feel you there. Like I really want to have an armor set but if anything is off somewhere I couldn’t live with it.I don't know. It may be more worth it to wait for a game asset to turn up for a more accurate model. I'm curious to see how their models are now anyway.

Moe, not sure how often you get to see your files fully printed, so here's my 1:6 scale figure.
I found a small thing that you could fix to make it more game accurate. The tube on the side is more Halo 3 style than Halo infinite. Otherwise, I love what you’ve done.Update: I think I'm done - Halo Infinite - Master Chief Inspired Armor Set - No visor by moesizzlac
Hello all,
I was working with marinesniper on trying to make PDO's from a file by Jonty Schmidt on Youtube. Jonty made a nice model of Master Chief in Blender. In the middle of trying to turn it into pdo's, I figured let's try to make it ready for 3D Printing as well. As usual, not all 3D files are printable at first. Below is my progress so far. Right now, they have all been altered to be solid sheets. They just need wall thickness. I'll release them as soon as they pass my print tests.

I have taken that into account on a later iteration. I'll upload that when I get some time later.I found a small thing that you could fix to make it more game accurate. The tube on the side is more Halo 3 style than Halo infinite. Otherwise, I love what you’ve done.
Usually around 10%. The outer wall has all the strength really. They should be 3 deep on each side. What fill do we use for the files?

Just some things that you don’t have to do, but would make the files more game accurate. The chest plate has two missing pieces, and in the second pic the two pieces need to be closer togetherHello all,

I see what you are talking about. some good suggestions from everyone on here. I did upload a grapple hook in November of 2020 - both with a solid base and one that can fit right on the forearm.I think a nice addition would be a left gauntlet with the grapple and I left the gauntlet without the grapple since the grapple has been confirmed.
I know you said that you didn't want to update it until the game is released, but I think it would be a good idea to update it around September or October, (since it has been confirmed that Infinite will be released this November) so we can print it out before the game comes out. If not, thank you anyway.I see what you are talking about. some good suggestions from everyone on here. Check out Post #3 here: 3d and pep kicking my buttFirst let me say, these files are absolutely beautiful. I have been playing around with them, I was hoping to unfold them in pepakura to do an old-fashioned fiberglass build but am having trouble, the high-detail (and subsequently high poly) of the models unfolds into a monstrosity. Does anyone have any tips on how I could go about doing this?
Thank you, I appreciate you linking me to those files. Unfortunately I love the incredible detail of your models too much, I'm not really a fan of the lack of the same in those other files, they appear rather inaccurate to me. I ended up using 3ds max and reducing the polygon count to something decently manageable. It was a difficult unfold, and will also be a difficult pepakura, but not impossible. Currently working on gluing it together!Check out Post #3 here: 3d and pep kicking my butt
They are not unfolded yet but are a fair bit better than starting with my 3D files.
