I have a small concern. I've never bought one before, but that might be a Dremel extension. Meaning that is supposed to attach to a bigger Dremel. Just a heads up.

I've started sanding right now by sanding the parts where the glue overflowed

I was able to sand parts of the foam that weren't completely closed off. The dremel could not reach all the glue overflow in between the seams.

You won't want to clean up the glue within the seams, that'll tear the seam apart. You can fill seams with cosplay-specific foam clay, then sand back the excess.

Halloween day. Today's plan is to finish sanding all parts then apply plasti dip one hour then paint another hour

Paint job is mostly done!
Had a decent Halloween too. The Armor fits well and feels comfy. I'll consider this one done until I have enough time to re do some parts and add the visor to the helmet. The paint will also have to be coated again on the helmet and maybe re size the Bicep pieces and do the kneecaps and cod piece.
I'd say this build is very good for a first build attempt.

It really is a good job. If you want to refine your skills even more, I would suggest that you tackle either a Halo 3 suit, or the Infinite Master Chief. Or if your feelin fancy, you could do halo wars or 4/5 armor. Lots of good choices.

Visor plastic came in today. It appears to be neon orange/pink.
Also got a new spray paint that matches the color scheme of donut from Red vs blue

Visor pattern has been traced today. The plan is to score the plastic halfway and then snap the shape out and add the hexagon film

Unless you already have a film to put over it, you could use the material from certain clothes hampers. They have a hexagon/circular pattern.
