i would need to mod it ( it doesn't look exactly like an MA2B) but thats just the stock, grip, and clip. all of which can be done with cardboard

Jack is going to have the base MK7. Recon 1 only wears a balaclava because the spartans get their armor piece by piece as Mjolnir makes them. they don't get their helmets, forearm or shin armor till the halfway point.
