Here's my suit that I finished back in 2008. I've been adding and modifying it a little every year since then. I added the LED's and made the Assault Rifle in 2010.

Cardboard Master Chief!

This was built in the summer of 2008 while deployed to (REDACTED). Anyway, I had nothing to do in my off-duty time and poured it into this Master Chief build. It is one of the few suits made entirely of sculpted cardboard. Surface texturing is desert sand. What began as an attempt to repaint the Legendary Edition Halo 3 prop helmet morphed into making it wearable followed by building the whole suit for a Halloween party. Home built visor is made from gas mask visors and is see-though. Black mouthpiece hinges forward so I can drink bottled beverages!

Here is my brother's "new" suit! He was number 146 when he made his White and Red Spartan

The Helmet and Chest were rebuilt and he built boots for his Chief cosplay. The other pieces were repainted.

Even though I did not complete the suit, I did make the helmet and painted it lol so I did have something to do with the finished suit anyways the suit was made by FSracer, we took this suit for its first outing at DragonCon 2012, its the Halo 4 Spartan 4 suit with the Spartan IV Warrior helmet

My first build and it wasn't even for me. It is for my nine year old. I have a couple mods to do, but like Goosebot said. . . "are any of our costumes ever really finished?" LOL!
