For those who are unable to watch the video, here is a brief explanation (if the staff don't mind).
First, if it's new message, on the first options bar under the title, on the far right there are three icons. From right to left: "redo", "undo", and "attachments". These options are available under "more reply options" if replying.
Click on the attachments button and it will bring up a popup window. In the popup window, on the top right, it will say "add files" with a green + in a circle. Click that. A menu will open beneath it. In the menu, click browse. This will allow you to select the file you wish to upload. Once you have chosen, click "upload" and you will upload a copy of the file. Rinse and repeat as needed.
