Helmet:
This is the helmet as it stands right now. We started with a 3D file and CNC routed the master from a dense foam made by Renshape.

This is the visor buck (mold for vacuum forming)

Forearms:

The forearms were molded and cast in a firm rubber that holds its shape and can take a serious beating.

Flexible metallics are used to lock to the rubber skin.

I'll post pictures of the weapons when I am able to create new posts.

Hey Guys, to star off im a Canadian resident, 23 years, male. Im an assistant manager at a pet store wich iv worked at for 12 years now. I have completed up to the the chief scout award (second highest award possible in age group. I plan to earn the queens venturer award soon. Also im totaly obsessed with gaming. halo and cod. Now i NEED (wants dont cut it with the girlfriend lol) my own H-3 armor. I have Followed the major stickies and think im ready to go on the first big shopping trip. To all other noobs, PLZ READ STICKIES IT MAKES LIFE EASY! Favorite halo, 3. favorite part, end plot. other than that I'm envolved at the local gun range, LFGA Range. Well i hope this build goes well. We're going to do both. We are currently modeling the ODST armor parts. We're going to go for the Peter Jackson live action version vs. the game version.

Nice to be back. Good to see that some house cleaning has happened. I can't yet post new threads but I'm going to start the Mark VI chest pieces this weekend. I'll shoot some video to post through youtube. Hopefully Slavefive chimes in.
