Hi, I just registered, but not new to making armor. My friends have briefed me on everything to do and when. There help as helped a lot. I'll post some pictures of what I have so far. Which is all HD left and right forearms, biceps, hand plates and a near completed chest; all of which are only pepped (made out of paper) at this point. I'm going to build all pieces out of paper before continuing with the next steps. So hi to all here at 405th, you guys rock!

Hey all, I have been lured here by Zerebin, a most awesome Chief from Australia. I was introduced to Halo last year by my wonderful boyfriend, and whilst I SUCK at playing it, I do enjoy watching him play, and following the storyline. I've played multiplayer, but I sucked

My boy is planning to start work on an ODST trooper soon (once he's done his military training), so I have been convinced to make a Halo costume to wear with him and Zerebin and others at various conventions (not that it was hard to convince me ). Since I'm not exactly enthused about a blue body suit, I'm planning on making a Commander Keyes outfit Still int he research phase (if anyone can help out, I'd be grateful!), but hoping to have it done for a Con in Sept.

Also really interested in learning about the process of making armour. Learnt a bit from Zerebin, and I find it fascinating. I've been contemplating a Chief suit, but my dream armour is a Templar from Hellgate. Hoping to apply some of the things I learn from Halo armour making to that.
