Well, they have the teabagging down, but can they make friends? I use that as my ultimate mobility test in costume.

Like this???
So overall I think they’re mobility is pretty good, considering. They can be plenty foolish in them. I still get a kick out of the spartan charge bit. Just makes me laugh. We’ll have to wait and see how the legs go. Some may notice that the cod/ ab pieces don’t go all the way around. Made a noobie mistake here. Made templates on my duct tape dummy and failed to account for the thickness of the foam. But I’ll be able to just throw in a filler piece to finish this up.Aced it.
Here it is, nothing too fancy. I think I made it with just one sheet of thin mdf and a $5 goodwill toaster oven. The frame is sized right to rest in the toaster oven so I can close the door. So ya, pretty basic but it works well enough. As for the buck I 3d printed the visor shape and backed it with air dry clay (got that one from you duke ) .If you do can you take a picture of your vacuum form set up including the buck? You've got one photo up, but it's hard to make out everything with that sick visor taking front stage.
Ya I’m glad I went the mdf route. The top and bottom of the box is the middle pieces I had cut out for the frames. I just used a brad nail gun to assemble and then duct taped the seams. Only thing with mine is the size. It’s like juuust big enough for these visors. So I won’t be doing any EVA style visors soon. What!? I wish I had thought of using MDF.. That aluminum frame took me forever to make and it is still crooked. I might have to remake in MDF. I don't think my set up is good enough to get all the skull details like yours did.
What about fixing the visor to the helmet? Is it removable?
I don't know whether to go with "Spartans never die, they're just missing in action" or "a wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to". I guess we mash them together and get "Wizards never arrive, he dies precisely when he means to".Ok I know my thread here has gotten a bit stale. These builds haven’t been scratched..... just delayed.
What's the new robot to join your family? We recently sold, bought, and moved into a new fixer upper of a house. Plus my printer was and still is having issues. So basically life has just gotten in the way!! But I will be purchasing a new printer very soon. So really hoping to knock these costumes out once that happens. Then it’ll be on to the fun stuff.
Who?So the recent identity/avatar crisis (you all know who you are ) I witnessed may have influenced this fun little teaser of the Warmaster based armor.
That little twist seemed to get a little dark. LolI don't know whether to go with "Spartans never die, they're just missing in action" or "a wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to". Well got a Tevo tornado for Xmas and I couldn’t figure out was wrong with it. So sent that one back. Thinking I’m gonna pick up the 2018 version of it and hope this one shows up without issues. And as for the “who” question. From what I saw there were several involved. What's the new robot to join your family?

Haha oh man I don’t remember, it’s been so long. I think it was on the old Xbox avatar store along with my guilty spark. I know they were free, I’m too cheap to pay for something like that. Might have even been on the 360.That's great to see you're back at it!
But what I want to know is... how did you get that Infinity shirt on your xbone avatar!?!
