Use Sonno tube
I am sure I spelled it wrong but for the body I would look into sonno tube it is a cardboard tube mat. used for forming pillars I think it come in dimensions from 4 inches to 60 in we use it regularly to build high power rockets as for the dome or what ever the top is make a form from styrofoam then hand lay fiberglass to that once cured use acetone or lacquer thinner to melt out the styro this is how we would make large Nose cones for rockets.
