I was lucky today and had a camera man with me. This was another public test spin of the suit. I had all the electronics operating. Filled up the "Grand Viagra" with gas and then went for a short hike in the woods.

I still have more tweaking to do on the suit. Some of the door guard trim needs to be superglued to the pieces. A 9v Battery terminal keeps coming loose. Found a few more areas the need trim added.

Mic needs a more powerfull magnet. (More on this later)

Turned out amazing! I am in the planning stages for my first shot at my own armor. No way I'll have it ready this year, but it will be done and ready for next Halloween...

It was used to give the perfect countoured surface. Then I hot glued the visor in place. Worked out great!

Thanks Sean! Mic is working and I'm using epoxy to keep the door guard trim in place.
I'll have more "Out and about" pics later next week when I do a day trip to several retail stores to stir up some BUZZ for HALOween.

Dude, do you plan on making some weapons to go with your suit? The Chief isn't complete unless there's a gun in his hand, lol. Would totally up the by the awesomeness factor by that much more.

I have one being made by Lee (here on the forums) However, I do plan on making the sword (because it lights up) and a pistol (its light enough that I can magnetize it to the suit)

It'll get done... I'm just taking my time and enjoying (tweaking) the suit before the snow arrives. I figure in a few weeks, I'll clean up the shop and start crafting one or both of them. That's why there's not much activity in my thread at the moment.

Sweet. No need to rush was meant to be implied btw. I know exactly what you mean though. I've been working on a build for two years now simply because I keep learning new techniques or finding something that I didn't like in what I did at first. Plus, college eats up my time like a mofo.

Exactly! I can't wait to try out some of the new things that I have learned. But on the otherhand I'm having lots of fun with the current suit too... Its becomming a tug-o-war between pepping a weapon and tweaking the suit... I wish there was more time in a day. LOL Better yet - I wish that I did not have to sleep!

After your done perfecting every single freakin little thing to your suit and/or weapons do you have any future plans for a different build?

I certainly do... I just cant decide what yet. There are so many things to create. Iron man, one of the Noble's suits, Warmachine, a Rocket Launcher. Who knows? Having said that the next thing that I want to do is the Engery Sword.
