Well, it is a photomanipulation of the employee, it's not how he looks. They probably added a dozen filters and distorted it a fair bit. But I know what you mean about the Chief, heh

1)Well, MC's been in the $#!T. He's got all the scars to prove it. I'm sure there were plenty of nades and bullets inbetween all those years the book skipped.

2) I've got the beta model (no bitmaps....They'd be cool to have though) and his face only looks weird because of the angle. It actually looks kind of normal.

You can't expect a real world representation of a super soldier to be pretty with long hair man. That interpretation makes more sense if you think about it. I wouldnt' want MC's face to be some pretty boy that looked like he came out a fairy tale story book.
