I suggest looking into a voice-amp. They're used for the speech in stormtrooper armor and run about $45 or so. but Im not completely sure how deep they can amplify. Also it may sound like your on a radio too..
the problem is that MC's voice is still human, not robotic and distorted like those.

Not to bump an old thread, but if you are still looking for something, buy a radio shack voice transformer, it makes the voice static'y and radio sounding, it's what stormtroopers use, but in the old halo 1 commercials, the spartans sounded this way also.
