I'm debating that. As of right now, i don't think i am. I like it to look nice and tidy, but that could change. If i do end up doing battle damage, i will certainly post some pictures for you guys.
I finished pepping the left forearm today. I ran out of brushes so i haven't been using my resin or fiberglass, but that's all about to change tomorrow. I'm going to start glassing the back of the torso tomorrow. I'm hoping to finish the right bicep this weekend. We'll see how that goes.
Here's some pictures!
I'm really happy with the sizing. It look spot on compared to the reference pictures i have and i still have good arm movement.
And this is where everything sits as of now.
Let me know what you guys think! Thanks for stoppin by!
That helmet! Ah jealous! I'm working on a grenadier helmet as well! It's still in the piecing together process, but I hope for it to look like yours! Will be checking back for updates!

If it wasn't for everyone's awesome words of encouragement, there's no telling where this build would be right now.
Here's an update.
All Friday night i spent hours and hours sanding and bondoing and sanding and applying super glue to exposed paper lol. It all pays off though. I decided to finish the grenadier shoulder attachment so i can attempt to secure it to my completed bicep. I have a pretty good idea of how i will do it.
Here's a picture of how it stands as of now. I need to fill a few small holes with spot putty and wet sand it. Then it'll be ready for paint.
I also glassed the back of the torso and the left forearm.
In orther news.... i ran out of the catalyst for my resin -_- not sure how. My pump must be out of whack. It's supposed to measure the right amount, but seems to have not because i still have quite a bit of resin. That stinks because another gallon is like $81.50. So i will primarily be pepping and smoothing the pieces i have glassed.
Let me know what you guys think! Thank you for stopping by and i hope you've enjoyed.
Damn bro. Your bondo work is good. I really struggled with the whole bondo fiberglass thing. You just make that look easy as all get out. Very nice work.
