I haven't touched the helmet as of late due to the coldness of my shop. It takes way to much hardener to get stuff to cure up here. Well at least this time of year it is.

I know exactly what ya mean. I still regret glassing the inside of my helmet a few weeks ago. I had to keep a space heater on it just so it would cure which even then took hours. (I was pretty sure I used a bit more hardner than I did in summer to compensate too.)

Finally got one of the forearms done. Since it's a nice long weekend I plan on trying to get a few parts coated in resin. If it's warm enough....

My awesome boyfriend got me a pair of gloves that I think will work once I get a pair of hand plates attached.


And I've been busy with resin and fiberglass again.

I'm actually doing a Guns For Hire Agent Florida :3 (sewing things together and making an outfit is much easier/faster than building the armor. I only have until the end of February and I haven't even finished the helmet. Only thing I have 100% done is the Epaulette .-. I have a LOT to do. My first time pepping ANYTHING so yeah the helmet probably isn't the greatest either.) Note to self, actually plan out when starrt making the cosplay..... But I'm going to end up having to make a set of armor for my mom in a few months....

Have you checked the Archive? I know that there aren't a few of the files I picked up from the 4share... Which ones are you looking for specifically?

I am looking for a Halo EVA helmet. Mostly from Reach, Halo 4, and I don't know if they are in 5 or not. I just need the helmet, though the full armor would be nice if I decide to do the full set one day.

I don't have any files for the Halo 4 EVA helmet.... I am using Halo 3 files

well halo reach and halo 5 are different from halo 3 as well as halo 4 they do all have differences

Pretty excited that I was able to work through the pain from some bruises on my wrists from my gaunts being tight...

I know there's a ton more sanding, but I'm excited!

Well finally got off my butt and made a mold..... and while this first cast is a little wonky, I now know how to cast them so the next few should look good....

Looking really good. Can't wait to see that helmet finished. I'm too scared to go near the EVA, so kudos!
