Id actually like to see this idea spread to the other regiments and am happy to work with the RCOs about getting this workshopped. Maybe reaching out to JTF4 and seeing if there is any interest within the regiment to get a group effort going would be a good start.

If not we'd be happy to have you pitch in.
 
Is it strictly 3d print for the armor?
For the moment all the hard armor I think should stay printed just to make scale and painting easier. The under suit when we get there is a toss up at the moment between: sewing, foam, and casting. I'm leaning towards foam and sewing mixed to make it nice and stiff but also flexible.

Flexible filament could also be an option. We could use Titlewave’s undersuit files for some super game-accurate details.
