(I am still struggling on the teeth part, organics are hard to model)
zoned areas, most will not be detachable, apart from the teeth, and the top pink areas. Assuming I can get it to work, otherwise you'll just have to brute force it.

bad pun. Sorry

I think the teeth are at a good place, they're not perfect, or good by any means but
they will work

plan on making them removable, like the top of the helmet, but time will tell if blender is willing to cooperate.

well, it printed alright. Not half bad, going to have the visor vac formed if possible, but who knows. I'll keep posted.
This looks good! Excited to see how it looks post-process, I decided to model the Ypsilon helmet myself for the same reason of not wanting to wait for someone else lol and your turnaround time was quick starting from scratch. Did you run into any issues when modeling?

Mainly just a lot of mesh errors, took some help from a friend to fix them but I use gamerips as reference, HOWEVER
I do start from scratch, the "detachable headdress" definitely took some time to figure out as well.

I had the same issues! especially having to fix my own topology, and that's a method I've seen a lot of people use too, nothing beats getting a 1:1 reference lol

This is looking so sick.

What paint are you using for the red on the suit? I haven’t found a red one that gives a good balance between color and sheen like that!

I use Metallic red automotive paint, I use a gold undercoat, then I spray the red lightly on top, then I seal it with 3-4 layers of gloss clearcoat
