i used 240gram card as well the crown holds up better do crown and face first and leave back till last

yeah as im sitting here cutting out the pep for the face im like yeahhhhh screw this. already been disappointed with my masterchief helmet dont wanna end up the same way with the iron man helmet. patience is not one of my strong points and after tonight i wont have time for this stuff anyways lol.
