It is just a pressure fit.

I may have missed this information reading through the thread, but I was curious on what are the dimensions of your M6.

I have been in the shop the past few evenings cutting out some mock ups for my build and i was trying to get the M6 close to scale for a real person to handle.

The first run using the in game specs for the piece states it 26.7cm in length. Of course that's to large for a real person to handle unless your Andre the Giant.

So I tried getting it down the the size of an police issue Glock. This puts it my third mock up around 23cm making it to where the handle feels more like the Glock when holding it.

and if I haven't said it before your work is great.

the overall length is 26 cm and 7 mm.

The grip I had to slim down to fit a normal persons grip.

With the reduced size will the clip still hold 12 rounds?

Yes, it still extends out the bottom of the grip and I didn't shorten the length, just the width.

Lee is the height of yours 27.4cm, because after scaling it mine is ruffly 21 to 22cm with a length of 26.7. the numbers don't add up to the available data on the net.

From the top of the gun to the bottom of the clip mine is 17.7 cm and without the clip it is 15.7 cm and the overall length is 27.4 cm.

That is how I make mine.

Ok that helps explain the difference in the measurements. So if you take Wizard of Flight drawing and re size it to the stated length of 26.7 cm it will be 19 cm from the bottom of the clip to the top.

This means the official size is flawed from what I can tell because to make it that high would look seriously wierd.
