how do you cut your ine cuts like the angles where the handle goes?
i used a jig saw didnt turn out good at all so i was thinking of buying one of these

but one with a finer blade
what did you use?

I use a scroll saw but you could use a coping saw. Simular to what you are talking about.

I usually only get close then use a file to finish.

I have a love hate relationship with my little band saw.. Its great for cutting most smaller parts but by golly, that blade hates cutting a straight line

I don't like the little band saw for the same reason. Thats why I use a scroll saw.

On which pic. The first ones I did I used a wood burning Iron, but on the painted one, there are decals. All of the M6G's I have made since, don't have the words burned in to them.

Have you adjusted it lately... My little Delta band saw used to have issues all the time because of the blade stretching. I have since upgraded to the Ridge 14" saw which has helped a lot but the small stuff seems to need a lot of attention to keep it tuned in. Now its just collecting dust stored away under the work bench.

It doesn't fire real rounds. Its just made to look real. If you go through the whole thread you will see how I built the M6G.

Yes, but it is Privateer doing it. He has parts of it done and he is supposed to post his progress here.
