Props Needle Rifle Print

Now that I've finished my Splaser, I've set my eyes on Oddworks' Needle Rifle Print! I'm hoping to get it finished within a month to take with me to HCS along with the Splaser and DMR. This prop doesn't have much in terms of bells and whistles, so doing it in a month shouldn't be too big of a hurtle. I' m very excited to finally have a Covenant weapon added to my collection!

Unfortunately and unlike Oddworks’ other models, it doesn’t have room for any electronics. On the bright side, that means I can be finished quicker and in time for the con.

What are you thinking for a paint job on this?

I'm gonna try to get it as accurate as possible. If I can't find the right dark blue spray paint, It'll be hand mixed and painted. I will say that I plan to print the needles in a translucent filament instead of painting them to get that crystalline effect.

I seen some of oddworks files before they are absolutely amazing. Printing the needles in a translucent filaments a nice touch I wouldn't have thought of ima note that down for future uses
