doesn't look too bad to me, and with the rest of the armor, it should look better than without it, as then everything is kinda bulky, not just one part. I made my helmet way too big, and while it still looks kinda big with the rest, it looks much better than just the helmet alone. For it being loose, that shouldn't be too big of a deal as you can just pad it and use some straps to hold them up if they don't stay up well on their own.

Dude that looks awesome. I think you are using contact cement and if so you probably could let it dry a little bit longer before sticking the pieces together but other than that it looks great.

Oh i am plus i am letting them sit. Just molding the foam before it fully dries

Foam came in and now begins the final stage of biceps. Tomorrow im getting more foam for a good total of 12 foam mats for my projects.
