buddy people who never built this stuff will tell you it looks bad but i have shut a few up by having them try there hand at pepakura just a test helmet.
they never said another bad thing because they see how much work and thought it take to build this stuff..

Im redoing the thighs for security but wanted to know if its too big. Its scale are : height-856mm, width-497mm, depth-544mm

Update: i was able to scale it to a grand size and did fit test

I went reprinted out the helmet template for security and will redo the helmet(without cuts) since i gotten much better now. Plus now that i have the thighs successfully scaled and printed out. Now im going to transfer it to foam and get that out the way

New update: my uncle just bought me a new tool to help cut my patterns out. Its a band saw and im being using it to cut out my thighs, chest and helmet. The butt plate i can use my ezacto blade for that. Then im finally done with crafting and can go to plasti diping.

Its cuts a lot better. Cuts through eva like a knife through butter.

Nahhhhh....I'm looking for something that cuts like a hot knife through melted butter....yours sounds to difficult to handle.

thats what my son used when he made his mark 5 ironman suit. he said it was great just had to learn not to grab part that get stuck while it running( well he was the smartest tool in the shed before that) anyway i hope to see your suit now that you can move right along.
