Wow. Plaster torso. Did you have a shirt on when you plastered yourself or, use a metric tonne of Vaseline?
OTSDerpy...the x-mas ODST? I like how things are shaping up, what thickness of foam are you using?

Not necessarily, it took maybe 2 small cups. One for each side. As for the plaster bandages, maybe 4 rolls at the most from Hobby Lobby. Though, great thorough shower is needed at the end.
OTSDerpy, I apologise for not seeing this thread sooner! I feel like a right idiot.
I commissioned AbiSV to construct the 3D model of the H2A ODST armor - I've had the unfolds ready to upload to the armory archive, but I've developed terrible memory in the past few years and I just keep forgetting to put them up on the site.
The Dropbox link is below, and contains (mostly) all of the unfolded files you'll need. The shinguard is not unfolded, and while the helmet is, I've not yet uploaded it to this folder. I'll attempt to upload it as soon as I'm home, however, the 3D file for the helmet is included if you wish to print it, and vacuuform the visor.
I hope this helps expedite your build!! Really sorry I didn't see it sooner
Halo 2: Anniversary - ODST Urban Warfare Uniform
Wow....this will multiply my progress by "x10." And these files are VERY detailed. Never tried Vacume forming. I'll try that for the visor when I get to it, but as for the files, yeah, having it be in the 405th "Armory" wouldn't be a bad decision. Thank you so much for this.
So the Velcro.......are you planning to have this break down for storage?
I thought you would have said you took inspiration from when he tugs on his drawstrings and the jacket turns into his suit XDOf course. I’m trying to save space for my tote, plus I’m trying to do a challenge on seeing if I can compact this. I got the Inspiration from this:
