Update time.
It has been way to long since I have posted anything, so her are a lot of pics of what we have done.
The shins Kusak made the base for me, that he posted earlier in the thread. Here I have added a foamy layer over it to get all the details. One is just the foamies, the other is plasti dipped.
Here are the thigh plates. I still have to do the inner thigh peices.
Here is my new breast plate.
we also have the hip plates done, and I have one bracer done to date.
Here is the other bracer blocked out on foam.
On another note, I have never seen anyone else attempt this, so I am going to show it off. I get sever migraines, and due to that fact I cannot use most of the chemicals needed for pepakura. So.... I tried something new. Or at least new to me, and that I haven't seen anyone else do. Kusak did the base pepa, then rondoed the inside for added strength, and then I am attempting to skim the helmet in foamies for smoothing, and detail. So far.. I am liking how it is turning out. IT does not add a lot of weight.
