Description: Origins Game Fair is an annual tabletop gaming convention hosted by The Game Manufacturers Association, held annually in Columbus, OH. With 6,000+ gaming events scheduled throughout the week for attendees, a dynamic vendor hall, special events throughout the weekend and so much more, there’s sure to be something for everyone!

Final Thoughts:
The event is looking to place us in their "Cosplay Tavern" section alongside the 501st and ghost Busters. The event also normally hosts a parade and would like the 405th to be a starring component of it either leading it or being spread out within it. the event also has volunteer work spaces open where cosplay is welcome and folks are invited to apply and help run the event. We would be considered Partners in a personal block of hotels with lodging and parking covered based on attendance and needs. The event is also able to provide water and basics needs, we may ask for internet/electric but it is not guaranteed due to GCCC costs. I need to provide the event how many people, how many rooms, need parking, and small outline of event production and timeframes as soon as possible.

We have been offered a 20x20 space but can flex based on our needs.

Lodging and Parking accommodations will be provided based on needs and suitability for the event. More details to come.

Badge Purchase:
Passes will be covered for 15/20 attendants. Anything further, will need to be purchased HERE

Panels:
Meet the 405th and Armor 101 will be our feature panels for this event. In addition I have reach out to Mantic as the event has expressed interest in us hosting our own Halo Flashpoint game tables separate from our booth. They would like us to potentially run three game tables of Flashpoint (2 players per table, 6 players total at a time can be playing or homebrew FFA numbers). More details to come here if Mantic would like to provide to the experience for this or any other aspects.

I've done Origins off and on for the past 20 years, and seen it go through lots of ownership changes. Happy to see that they reached out to us after they saw and spoke with us at TORG as I think we're a good fit for them, especially with Flashpoint coming out.

I can be there Saturday and Sunday for sure. Still too far out to say how much I can participate Thursday and Friday.
 
Tentative on this, it's close enough but gotta start hardcore budgeting come the new year. I would only be able to do Sat & Sun maybe Friday depending
 
I really liked the conversations with the event runners as well, as they made it clear that while this event is known for tabletop gaming they want to evolve it into more, and want us to be a big component of it after seeing what we can do at TORG.
