Would also like to try and design/build the Falcon and Hornet as an Experimental Aircraft... someday.

Totally! Dragon con is probably one of the larger 405th outings. We do a ton of fun stuff there and would love for you to hang out!

Where your located: Jacksonville, NC

Occupations: Electrician and HVAC technician

About you: I’m a single father of two boys. I make armor out of foam mostly but can do it with leather as well. I’m trying to learn how to blacksmith so I can do it with metal as well. I do make swords out of wood and hope to be able to do it with metal as well. I mostly just do it for fun and for my kids. Would love to make a full set of armor that I can wear/display when I want.

Favorite Conventions: I actually haven’t been to one yet. I would love to go to one though especially if I could bring my kids.

I’m in the upstate of SC so I’m not too far from you. Maybe we can find a con to meet up at sometime!

Also, feel free to join the 405th Discord server! Join the 405th Infantry Division Discord Server!

Once you’re in there, just make sure your name in the server matches your forum name and one of the staff peeps will get you added to the members list.

Edit: Just keep in mind that posts on the Discord server do not count twords your forum status. I'd recommend starting a build thread of one of your builds if you want to fast track your forum membership.

About Me: First off, apologies for any frustration due to my generalness on personal info. However, this is the big scary internet. I spend most my time with my wife who politely and lovingly listen to me critique whatever bit of fictional storytelling I just ingested. She's incredible, and always three steps ahead of me. I try to write when I can, but I've never finished a book (ain't that always the case). Halo has been one of my top fictional universes since I was a teenager playing Cairo Station on legendary co-op on Friday nights. Just recently started giving cosplay the energy I've always desired to, which has been pointing to this moment of building a Spartan suit. I'm not a big forum guy (honestly this is my first, I don't even reddit), so sorry I'm not always active here. Other fun facts; dyslexic, ADHA, and colorblind.
Favorite Conventions: I can usually make it out to any in Little Rock, Memphis, and have plans to head out to Dallas soon.

Occupations: Other than being a full time tiktoker and a Streamer, nothing yet.

About you: I am a tiktoker with 10k followers and climbing with Autism and ADHD. I always wanted to cosplay ever since I was 5 years old, and over 2 years ago, I made that dream into a reality with my first Spartan II armor (Master Chief). Do note this is my first time in a Cosplaying Group, excluding the Galactic Academy. I did stop cosplaying as the chief ever since I got a ton of Hate Mail on TikTok over taking off my helmet, and thus cosplayed as an Imperial Stormtrooper from ANH. Fortunately, I am back as cosplaying, but not as the Chief. Now I returned to Halo Cosplaying as a normal Spartan II. (I have a more comfortable helmet (the mark v as seen below) where I can breathe normally without having to take off my helmet! I cannot wait to go to cons with you guys! (Yes, I did apply for 405th deployment, given that I met the requirements for the deployment process, so I can't wait to be active in cons and even more active on the forums!) Below you will see my spartan II cosplay and I gotta say that I love how it turned out to be!

Favorite Conventions: My favorite cons are MegaCon and SuperCon. (Megacon 2023 was the best con for me because I met the 405th and the 501st for the very first time in person + meeting Giancarlo Esposito)

Deployment is reserved for Regimental Members of the 405th, as such you do not qualify for Deployment until you are actually a member of the Southern Regiment, which can be accomplished by requesting to be added in the correct thread:
