Rookie build for Halo

Greetings, I am new to the 405th. I am new to Cosplay for myself. Halo peaks my curiosity so that is what I am building. I am using multiple media as materials for my build. Hoping to get insight, pointers, and gain knowledge from those of you here and you experience.

I used a skid lid motorcycle helmet for the base to build on. That helmet is small and really light , very comfortable so that is where I started

Welcome to the 405th! Your helmet looks good! What materials are you using to make it aside from the motor cycle helmet?

I've used some injection molded pieces, fiberglass, Bondo, Eva foam and cardboard

I had bought a cheap injection molded master chief helmet. Hated it so I cut it up for certain pieces.
