There are actually two Cat helmets on the OP. The one modeled by zabicvamic looks pretty good from what I can tell. It's currently not unfolded, so if you have the ability to unfold, you're set. If not, someone will be able to help, if no one else I can take a stab at it for you.

i use scotch quick dry adhesive for my stuff then reinforce with hot glue on the spots that have the most chance of coming loose

I'm jusing molten plastic dispensing glue gun on heavy parts of backpacks, its easy to use and cheap, you can practice on few things and i'm sure you will learn how to work with it very quickly

Hey, Carpath, those are two very nice files, but is the sheath a sliced file that we make out of cardboard or do we just stick it together?
(I know, it's a stupid question, but I've had some problems with a certain M6S sliced file one day...)
