The Traveling Helmet

Liq I'll get you added, in the case that it is believed that someone steals the helmet, action will be taken, also as stated in a earlier message each person that sends the helmet out will have t at least include a tracking confirmation on the box containing the helmet. This is'nt just about giving a helmet to Bungie this is also about the 405th as many as we can get participating together in unity and brotherhood.

I have an Idea!!! Why don't all of the European folks make their own helmet and sign it so Bungie has 2 helmets. One from the states, and one from the EU. That would be awesome. Oh and I don't have a wip, or 100 posts, but I do have a completed set of Mk. VI armor. Anyway, I live in florida. Orlando to be exact. I can meet up with some people around that area. I think alex spartan offered. I'm down with it.

I'm considering the possibility of putting everyones name listed onto the helmet, once it comes to me from Brandon, putting the visor into it and mailing it off to Bungie, since people have brought up the issue of what if someone steals it and does'nt give a tracking number. It would also in turn save everyone the shipping cost and time for it to get around to everyone it would also make it to Bungie before or by the release of Reach. I'll leave that desicion to the people that have said they wanted to sign whether I just list all the names or it actually travels around to everyone to be signed.

This may sound a little harsh, but i say let everyone with 100+ posts sign as well as all the noobs who had a decent WIP PRIOR to posting in this thread. That way we know that its dedicated members who are signing the helmet.

I never stated Colin that you had to have a WIP started when this thread was started, if a person has a WIP at any time either before this thread was started or since this thread was started but they do not have 100 posts yet they will be added.

I can see what you mean, by saving money,and people stealing it, but i think it should travel. I wouldnt mind chipping out 15-20$ to ship it

Personally, I'd rather sign it myself...But if it happens to be impossible to do so, I'll let you know how I want to sign my name.

I'd like to be signed as Randomflyingpigeons (one word) rather than RFP Noodle because the former is my more widely-used name.

You seem sorta apprehensive about sending it out, I was making a suggestion to make things more "secure". Thats all.

I know I am new in the 405th, but I'd like to add my name onto the helmet as well. I've been a halo fan since its come out. It'd would feel like an honor to me to show appriciation to Bungie for creating one of my favorite videogames and storylines that I have read in a long time. I know the chances of the Helmet making it to a new guy like me is slim to non, but if someone would add my name to it I would appriciate it.
