yeah the chest is definitley the hardest piece to smooth out

I know its already a 3 week project now, I'll be putting every spare moment I get into it

Edit: Yes timecon that is the way to cut it so it is easy to wear.
I have done it and it is very easy to wear.
Some velcro and your wearing it.

dude that chest is awesome.
not to sound redundant but yeah that is the best way to cut it, my only advise is not to use velcro but 2 buckles on the shoulders and velcro around the waste, a hybrid if you will.

Hey timecon... I ended up scrapping another chest and I'm using a little bit smaller scale that I got from my Helmet's scale...

this is what I had before and what I figured out now

LOL no I dont have it down to a science Ive made so much pep in the last 6 month its rediculous I've been giving all the to small stuff to my brother and scrapping the big stuff. I've been trying to guess the size by using a tape measure and that has been working pretty well so far.

That's what I been doing... But I second guess myself too early and scrap it before it's all done...

I used the scaling on Robo's default to get new sizes and I'm just gonna follow that and use those heights and modify or change where needed... we'll see where it gets me...

Yes I cut mine in the same place. I would say it works really well. it is a natural place for it to hinge when it is on your body

Thank you very much!!! yes, ive been working on this for 4 weeks now in between some marine armor for a girl, Im tired of sanding bondo . just found some HD cod,thigh,shin pep that Im now going to work on now, so thank you very much to those that put those out there, this whole thing would take so much longer if I did it from srcatch
