Super Busy Saturday Update!

I'll be doing finishing work on all armor components this weekend so I'll take pictures when I can.

More fun spot puttying the Splaser! Have a short vid!

.

I've also started printing several flexible TPU parts and they have come out pretty good too! If anyone knows any ways of doing finishing processes on this material I'd love to know about it, let me know!

See everyone Wednesday for probably the largest update on this thread!

It's still Wednesday, so update time!

This week has been all spot putty all the time, I have gotten a majority of all of the parts spot puttied, sanded and primed aside for a few stragglers.

The GUNGNIR helmet is primed and ready for final sanding before getting it's base coat and once painted be fitted with electronics!

All the paint and weathering should be done by the beginning of next week and will be ready for fitment next week!

Have some videos of a few random processes and a few pics of all the parts!

I hope to have most of the parts having their base coat and maybe a few accent colors done by the Saturday update, which will probably be a late night update as well. Until then I hope everyone's projects are going well and I'll see you Saturday!

It's Saturday and the sanding is over.

Lots of sanding, spot putty, sanding, primer, sanding, but now that's done so I'm on to the easy part of painting! Have a short video!

Time for lots of photos!

The GUNGNIR helmet got its red secondary color!

All the other armor got the gunmetal base coat! (Aside from the bubble in the abdominal armor which is supposed to be clear but I made it a metallic candy red!)

And the Spartan Laser is ready for its base coat tomorrow morning!

Have a great rest of your weekend everyone, See you Wednesday!

Welcome to the Wednesday Thursday Friday update!

I have been super busy as of late so the update schedule might be a little hectic for a few weeks!

All of the armor has been painted, I got to do my favorite amount of foam work, and a majority of the armor and a small part of the Splaser have be weathered. The pictures and videos might be missing a few things, but hopefully there's enough for a cool post!

Have a short, a reveal video, and some pictures!

*Thank you Apollymidotta for help with the weathering!*

There may not be an update this Saturday due to the film project, but the next update should include images of the completed suit!

It's been a while since the last update, a little over a week?

Since last time the GUNGNIR Helmet and Spartan Laser have had their weathering completed. The GUNGNIR now has it's video system installed along with padding.

Due to unfortunate circumstances the ODST Armor now needs to be fiberglass backed before it will be able to be fitted. If your part has thin walls and you don't want want cracks and splitting make sure to back your parts!

Have a video and some photos! See you next time!

I may use less spot putty in the future because this shoulder came out pretty good!

This part will also be used for an in depth weathering tutorial that I will be putting out soon.
