well the way that works the best (for me) is you hot glue it on the inside to keep its form, then you put resin around the edge of the visor on the inside to look clean on the outside

Search is your friend! Here is a really detailed thread on installing visors. But please, I don't want to sound mean, but we get new threads all the time asking for things that have been answered long ago. Try searching for a few minutes before posting a thread.

From the looks of it, you are still in the pep stages of your helmet, so you have a lot of work to do before you worry a visor. You want to have your helmet fairly smooth before attaching that. And I don't know what you were planning, but you DO want to put the paper visor in place while you are hardening the helmet. Even though you are cutting it back out, the pep one helps keep the shape of the helm until the resin hardening is done.

Good luck!

I was just going to post the same link that Jimmy Da Moose posted. I recommend that as well. If you can at all avoid it, DO NOT hot glue the visor into your helmet. The reason being that once it's in there, getting it out will be next to impossible, especially if you add in resin. With Blackula's method, the visor is removable (which is nice if the visor ever gets scratched or you wish to simply have a different colored visor).
