The helmet model is done! It's now ready to be coated in paster/fiberglass. What's better?

I won't be adding the vents in until after the helmet is fully completed(those holes on the cheek area)
I've circled anything that may not look right

It fits my head PERFECTLY. I didn't even scale

I just wanted to say that this is a very good helmet for CB, just one thing, could you post more pics of different views? Beucase i want to make an MC suit (or least helmet) for H'ween, just asking if you could, if you cant thats fine

How long does Fiberglass take to harden?

15-20 minutes.... longer if its humid or cold... the fiberglass will get hard just as quick as resin without the glass added... the container should state the approximate cure/handling times...

Ya it was raining when I did it. I was just under something
Pretty chilly outside. But I put it on like 5 hours ago and its still gooey

I have a fat head and use a lot of glue (THAT PART WAS TERRIBLE TO GLUE ON D
I'm proud of myself for getting myself to make those vent things xD

No i'm sorry. It's outside in Cold, Cold weather covered in wet resin xD
I hope bugs don't get stuck on the fiberglass lol

The helmet is near completion. The Fiberglass is dry and all I have to do is paint it.

Cardboard takes A LOT longer because you gotta figure out the sizes and shapes.

EDIT:

ITS ALMOST COMPLETE! And it looks less rough in real life.
just need to add the vents and visor and it's complete!

God, I tried sanding some off. there is already a coat of fiberglass in the last pic I posted. some of the bumps are fiberglass.
I tried and managed to get a lot of it off here.
