as others have said those are some clean parts, this armor is looking amazing. if you ever want the parts to have a real smooth surface XTC 3D that stuff has almost no smell and a thin coat will give it a smooth surface if have used it before. and i have the same problem with the glass moving so i use blue painters tape to coat the bed and over lap it to go under the bed it does help.. but when you change tape you will have to re level the bed as you already know..
i have to say this looks very goood i just want to know is how comfy is it to wear next to latex molded the latex is much more higher cost and time consuming. but if its is just a little stiff i could live with that. i cant wait to see the rest of the suit you are going to do the rest of the parts right?
I have all the parts printed in PLA. Working on getting them all painted and with attachments. I'm currently printing a shoulder in TPU
I don't believe the flexible parts will be uncomfortable.
